The hotel's location is EXCELLENT, near the Xativa metro station. It's a DIRECT line to the airport, AWESOME. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They made things EASY. Breakfast had a HUGE selection of fruit, cereals, continental items plus hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. The luggage storage was a HUGE help too!

The room included a nice big shower. There was a mini fridge available for personal use alongside coffee and tea making facilities, this was very convenient. Body wash, shampoo, and a hairdryer were available.

I found the hotel in a VERY convenient location. It is within walking distance of sights, train stations, and MANY restaurants. Its proximity to the main square made exploration EASY and efficient.

the location was quite central allowing easy access to many sights
the noise levels were bothersome i could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms this made it hard to sleep soundly also the room i was given was not the room i booked it was smaller and lacked the amenities i expected this felt unfair as i paid for a specific type of room

I appreciated the central location. Everything i needed was within walking distance, including restaurants and shops. the staff were very cute. They offered great suggestions for local attractions. my room was spacious and well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked well. the oversized window overlooking the city was gorgeous!!!
the noise from the street at night was noticeable, though i was still able to sleep ok.

the breakfast area is located on the second floor, overlooking the plaza, a fantastic view. the breakfast included a self-service with a classic selection, offering plenty to start the day. i liked enjoying the morning view of placa de l'ajuntament!!!

The location was very central for visiting everything. I felt so grateful. The staff were really helpful. They had a clear procedure for leaving luggage after checkout. This meant I did not have to lug my suitcases around while I explored further! waiting for my flight.
The rooms were old and need updating. This was not ideal. The AC in my room was not as cold as it should have been. At night, water started leaking from the AC, so I had to put some towels down, stopping it from becoming a puddle.
